How to Register
Register in person,
by phone or by fax.
at PDA to Register.
Payment methods include
cash, cheque, Visa or Mastercard.
Please note: Payment must be received at Premiere Dance Academy within 48 hours of the completed registration. If payment is not received within this time period, registration becomes void without notification
TEN MONTH PROGRAM (September - June) 
- Payment Schedule: A $20 (plus GST) non-refundable registration fee is required. Three post dated cheques or credit card imprints dated the first of each trimester (August 1st, December 1st and March 1st)
are required on
registration day. NSF Cheques / Declined Credit Card Payments are subject to a service
charge of $25.00. Family Rates apply when 2+ children are enrolled – pay family rates for all classes.
- Transfer Requests will be taken as long as there is availability.
- Missed classes are non-refundable when missed by a student. If an instructor cannot be available for any class a substitute will be brought in or the instructor will make arrangements for a make-up class on a future date.
- Student Withdrawal Policy: At no time is the registration fee or June payment refundable. Notification must be received in writing (faxed or dropped off) one month prior to cancellation and must be submitted before your next trimester installation payment.
Once an installation payment has been deposited a cash refund cannot be given. A program voucher will be issued minus a $10.00 administration fee. After December 1st, program vouchers will only be given for medical reasons.Medical cancellation is accepted when accompanied by a
(notarized medical document) doctor's note (faxed in or dropped off).
DANCE STUDY PROGRAM

September and June are paid together. NSF Cheques / Declined Credit Card Payments are subject to a service charge of $25.00.
- Transfer Requests will be taken as long as there is availability.

Available for Gym Jam, And We R 3 and Adult classes only 
- Payment is due in full at time of registration. NSF Cheques / Declined Credit Card Payments are subject to a service charge of $25.00.
- Transfer Requests will be taken as long as there is availability

- Missed classes are non-refundable when missed by a student. If an instructor cannot be available for any class a substitute will be brought in or the instructor will make arrangements for a make-up class on a future date.
- Student Withdrawal Policy: Notification must be received in writing (faxed or dropped off) up to 72 hours
prior to the commencement of the first class. A program voucher will be issued minus a $10.00 administration fee.
Program vouchers have no cash value, can only be used at Premiere Dance Academy and are valid for 12 months after issue.
Premiere Dance Academy reserves the right to cancel courses. In this case a full Refund will be issued.
